Homemade Butter

So easy and so good!  Fresh butter on a baguette is heaven on a plate.



Take one cup of heavy cream and pour it into your food processor or blender.  Spin on high until cream takes on the consistency of butter (about 5 minutes).  Strain through cheesecloth.  Spread on bread and enjoy!

  1. If you want to have some fun with your kids, put the cream into a jar and let them shake it until it turns into, first whipped cream, and then butter.
